About the Role: Human Resources Generalist Saudization

Cummins Arabia is seeking a Human Resources Generalist Saudization to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role supports human resources activities within a specific site, organizational unit, or department, focusing on the deployment and effectiveness of HR processes. The Generalist will partner with managers and employees to address and resolve various HR-related issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze human resources process metrics, evaluate results, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in resolving conflicts and provide coaching and counseling on employment matters, including conducting and documenting investigations.
• Participate in performance management activities, such as employee development planning.
• Provide staffing and recruiting support, and conduct workforce data analysis.
• Facilitate compensation processes and benefits administration by collaborating with shared services and corporate human resources; develop and implement workforce compensation recommendations.
• Assist in managing the administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advise on compliance with key legislative requirements.
• Coordinate training needs assessments and participate in training activities and special projects.
• Create employment contracts as required by local law or practice.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of workforce information within human resource information systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience in human resources. The role requires a foundational understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply them effectively within a business context.
