About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support & Network Administrator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves supporting and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, network devices, servers, and end-user systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain network connectivity.

Role Overview

The IT Support & Network Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT services. This includes assisting with the administration of Windows-based systems and managing user accounts. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and network systems.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wireless Access Points (WAPs).
• Support network connectivity, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and basic security measures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Experience with Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
• Familiarity with network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts and system access.
