About the Role

Salehiya Healthcare is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in supply chain and related activities, looking to contribute to a leading Saudi Arabian healthcare distribution company.

Role Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operational activities related to inbound, outbound, and storage of products. This role involves planning, managing, and coordinating the activities of employees within the operations section to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics operations with internal teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process logistics transactions, including stock transfers and goods receipt notes, within SAP, aligning with planning, procurement, and sales requirements.
  • Manage daily communication and resolve issues between warehouse operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) standards.
  • Organize inbound and outbound documentation, verifying the accuracy of all logistics transactions.
  • Monitor stock movements, including transfers between distribution centers and branches within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Track, analyze, and report on logistics performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data.
  • Handle inventory control tasks, such as the removal of damaged or expired items, and maintain proper records and logs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by tracking logistics issues and ensuring professional archiving of documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. The role requires 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain and related activities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
