About the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead and manage maintenance operations in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of machinery and equipment within an industrial environment. The role involves supervising a team, implementing maintenance programs, and ensuring operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and safe task execution.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of machinery and equipment.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance, minimizing operational disruption.
Manage maintenance records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
Assist in the procurement of parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or in a similar leadership role within an industrial setting.
Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Technical certification or diploma in engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
