About the Role

TalentHive is seeking a Contract Manager to join an established and diversified Saudi group in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is within the Supporting Services sector and the Project Management Office (PMO), focusing on strengthening commercial performance, managing risk, and improving contract governance during a period of growth and transformation.

Role Overview

The Contract Manager will be responsible for key commercial, supplier, and service contracts across the organization. This position offers exposure to multiple business areas and the opportunity to influence contract management practices within a major organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts throughout their full lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, renewal, and close-out.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, supplier, and service agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service levels.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, amendments, and renewals.
• Strengthen contract governance, compliance, and documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate contract registers and reporting.
• Collaborate with PMO, Legal, Procurement, and business leaders.
• Provide contractual support for key projects and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a contracts or commercial professional.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen.
• Experience in managing contracts across their full lifecycle.
• Ability to identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills for commercial, supplier, and service agreements.

Compensation

The salary for this position is 21,875 SAR per month, in addition to standard benefits.
