About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting departmental marketing initiatives and managing office operations to ensure efficient team functions.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports various marketing and sales processes, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the department. The role focuses on administrative support, project coordination, and documentation to facilitate timely execution of initiatives and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, coordinating campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and managing internal projects to ensure timely execution.
• Assist with sales documentation, including preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process.
• Perform daily office operations, providing administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations.
• Support special projects by assisting with the coordination of departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
