About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting marketing initiatives and managing office operations to ensure the smooth execution of departmental activities and contribute to guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and managing internal projects for timely execution.
Assist with sales documentation, including preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process.
Perform daily office operations, providing administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team functions.
Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed to coordinate departmental initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
Demonstrated passion for hospitality.
