Role Overview

FPA is seeking an MEP Senior Project Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) delivery on complex projects from mobilization through to handover, ensuring adherence to programme, budget, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive MEP delivery for projects from initial mobilization to final handover.
Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate MEP aspects with civil, architectural, and structural teams using BIM/clash detection, shop drawings, and material approvals.
Control MEP costs and programme, encompassing budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, progress reporting, and recovery plans.
Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and project handover processes.
Act as the primary MEP point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 13 years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
Proven track record of leading MEP packages from design coordination through testing, commissioning, and handover on large mixed-use development projects.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, preferably within a Tier-1 Contractor environment in the GCC.
Strong knowledge of MEP contracts, including FIDIC, commercial management, and claims and variations.
