About the Role

Group AMANA, a regional leader in construction known for its intelligent solutions and design-build expertise, is seeking a full-time MEP Site Engineer for its operations in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is specifically open to Saudi Talents and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to assist in the execution of construction work, ensuring adherence to allotted time, productivity, quality, and safety standards, in accordance with project specifications and drawings. A key responsibility includes ensuring clear communication of information from drawings to site supervisory staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations for smooth project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities, workforce, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and construction challenges promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracting projects with hands-on Mechanical and/or Electrical systems experience.
• Preferred Certifications: OSHA, IOSH.

Required Skills

• Behavioral Skills: Leadership, excellent communication, execution excellence, teamwork, planning and organizing, quality and results orientation.
• Technical Skills: Ability to interpret drawings, safety training, computer proficiency, and English language communication (read, write, and speak).
