About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring efficient and quality-driven production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) before new job start-ups to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Operate machinery in accordance with Work Instructions to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Troubleshoot problems and request support as needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Check and relay start-up samples to the production section head for approval before QC inspection to ensure the quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head for necessary action.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run and sustain the 5S conditions of machines and the surrounding workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with production and quality control teams to maintain operational standards.
