OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Inspector in verifying product conformity with standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production line throughout the shift and during month-end procedures.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly set up machines and perform necessary size changes.
• Ensure correct handling of raw materials, including receiving, returning, and transferring materials to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally communicate any machine-related issues to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Confirm that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated locations.
• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions, and participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.

This role operates within a manufacturing environment, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. The position is based in Dammam and is a full-time commitment.
