Namaa Partners is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves supporting procurement reviews for client corporate groups and managing internal purchasing within Saudi Arabia. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering a monthly salary in Saudi riyals.

Role Context and Contribution

The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in Namaa's work with Saudi corporate groups, which heavily involves procurement reviews. These reviews focus on supplier selection, contract approval processes, and spending control. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for managing Namaa's own internal purchasing operations within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect purchasing data, contracts, and approval rules from client teams for procurement reviews.
• Build spend analyses by supplier, category, and business unit using Excel.
• Compare client purchasing steps with their written policies and identify gaps.
• Run quotations and process purchase orders for Namaa's own suppliers in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain complete supplier records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Ability to collect and analyze data accurately.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail in managing records and identifying discrepancies.
