About the Production Operator Role

Napco National is seeking a Production Operator for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Inspector to ensure product conformity with finished goods specifications.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production line during shifts and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly set up machinery and perform size changes.
• Ensure correct handling of received and returned raw materials to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Communicate any machine-related issues verbally to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Verify that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated locations.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to all safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Engage in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions concerning the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system, including its development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or technical diploma in a relevant field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in machine operation, safety practices, and production processes.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing of baby diapers, feminine napkins, underpads, and adult diapers will be preferred.

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
