Role Overview

The Project Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales growth through the identification and development of new project opportunities. This position involves managing critical relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and project owners. A core responsibility will be the preparation of detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities.
• Follow up on specifications and secure consultant approvals.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, municipalities, and government entities.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A proven track record with 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience in project sales.
• Demonstrated expertise in project specification, tender follow-up, and successfully closing project sales deals.

Work Environment and Location
