About the Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervisor Role

SPIMACO is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves overseeing team operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to process improvements.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the team's daily activities, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. This role is crucial for the continuous evolution of departmental processes and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
• Review quality records and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
• Investigate quality deviations and non-conformances to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal quality audits to assess compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Verify the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) plans to address quality risks.
• Support regulatory inspections by preparing necessary documentation and addressing compliance observations.
• Analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to approved procedures, quality systems, and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
• Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing task delegation.
• Foster team collaboration, communication, and development through training and guidance.
• Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Professional Certificate in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Arabic is preferred.
