About the Role

Al-Futtaim is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trucks & Buses sales business across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam and reports directly to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA. The role focuses on driving sales volume, revenue, and gross margin while overseeing a regional sales structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the national sales function for Trucks & Buses to achieve agreed sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Manage and coach regional sales managers across Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah to ensure strong commercial results.
• Collaborate with Planning and Analysis teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor sales progression daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing timely actions to keep performance on track.
• Maximise stock availability and support sales campaigns designed to manage overage inventory effectively.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting to provide clear insights into market performance and sales trends.
• Work with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are relevant, targeted, and capable of delivering results.

Team and Reporting Structure

The successful candidate will join the Trucks & Buses business, leading a regional sales structure that supports operations across Saudi Arabia. This role includes direct leadership of three Regional Sales Managers and broader responsibility for a wider sales team. Collaboration is key, working closely with the Country Manager, Planning and Analysis, finance teams, and retail partners to achieve strong business performance and sustainable growth.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, specifically within the automotive or heavy vehicle sector.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to set sales direction, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure commercial performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to manage regional sales teams effectively.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending across key cities including Riyadh and Jeddah.
