The Role of a Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager acts as the primary link between Aldossary Group and its clients. The core purpose of this role is to cultivate trust, ensure client satisfaction, and drive sales growth. This is achieved by deeply understanding client needs and providing prompt, effective solutions to any challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Build and maintain client trust through consistent communication and reliable service.
• Actively work to ensure high levels of client satisfaction with company services and products.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Proactively understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a Relationship Manager role or a similar client-facing position.
• Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in driving sales growth through client engagement.

Work Details

This full-time position is based in Dammam. The salary range for this role is $1,500 - $2,000 per month.
