Reservations Agent

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Reservations Agent is responsible for managing booking inquiries and securing reservations, contributing to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries from guests and team members promptly and professionally.
• Convert guest inquiries into confirmed individual bookings.
• Record and process all reservations accurately and with attention to detail.
• Maximize room sales through proactive selling techniques, including promoting hotel services and upgrades.
• Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business opportunities.
