About the Role

Applicantz is seeking an experienced Rigging Instructor to deliver specialized technical training programs. This role is integral to a training project focused on Rigging and Lifting Operations, located in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.

Role Context and Project Scope

The Rigging Instructor will be responsible for both classroom and practical instruction, ensuring trainees develop comprehensive competency in rigging and lifting. This position supports the continuous improvement of training materials and assessment methods within the project framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions focused on Rigging and Lifting Operations.
• Conduct competency-based training and comprehensive trainee assessments.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Support the creation of written and practical tests for various training programs.
• Ensure that workshop and training equipment are suitable and safe for practical training purposes.
• Deliver technical presentations and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Power Generation, or Heavy Industry.
• Demonstrated strong experience in rigging and lifting operations.
• Good communication and training skills for both classroom instruction and practical sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and training documentation practices.

Contract Details

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Payroll for this role will be managed through our partnering firm, Prime Innovation.
