This full-time role is integral to expanding the company's market reach and promoting its diverse portfolio of services across the Kingdom. Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of the Sales And Marketing Specialist is to effectively market and promote Eraco Company KSA's specialized services to a broad client base. This involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and contributing to the company's overall sales objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging with potential clients within various industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Market the company’s services in construction and building works.
Promote operation, maintenance, and facility management services.
Develop and implement strategies for manpower supply and leasing services.
Market logistics and support services to potential clients.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 years of professional experience in sales and marketing.
Demonstrated experience in marketing services related to construction, building works, operation & maintenance, or manpower supply is highly advantageous.
Solid understanding and knowledge of key companies and ongoing projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation skills to secure and finalize business agreements.

This is a full-time employment opportunity based in Dammam. The compensation package includes a competitive monthly salary, supplemented by attractive commissions designed to reward strong performance and successful client acquisition.
