About the Role

Engineering Zone is seeking a Sales & Business Development Engineer to join its team in Ad Dammām, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to expanding the company's client base and fostering existing relationships within key industrial sectors. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions for the company's diverse service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new accounts in target sectors, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, and infrastructure, while also expanding existing client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver tailored technical bids and commercial quotes for NDT, inspection, calibration, industrial testing, and training services.
• Coordinate with operations, QA/QC, calibration, and training teams to define scope, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, scheduling site visits, addressing inquiries, securing repeat business, and driving high customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the renewal of service agreements, manage maintenance schedules, and track training programs.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary, complemented by a performance-based commission and an annual performance bonus.
