About the Role

Perfect Vision is seeking a Field Sales Coordinator for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is field-based and requires direct engagement across various project sites, including locations such as Haradh, Hawiyah, Fadhili, Jafurah, and Khurais. The primary objective is to build client relationships, identify product requirements, generate leads, and support the commercial team in securing RFQs and Purchase Orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous visits to active project sites and contractor camps to identify new clients, projects, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Identify immediate and upcoming client needs for Perfect Vision products and solutions.
• Generate qualified sales leads, gather technical specifications from site teams, and pass actionable opportunities to the central sales team.
• Build strong client relationships and drive site engagement with clients, decision-makers, project supervisors, and procurement officers.
• Understand site- and project-specific requirements that align with the company's product portfolio.
• Conduct on-site product introductions, present brochures/demos, and gather customer feedback.
• Identify sales opportunities and leads, and support in collecting Requests for Quotation (RFQs), site technical requirements, and Purchase Orders (POs) from companies operating in the project regions.
• Assist during technical surveys and installations by coordinating site access between Perfect Vision’s technical team and client site management.
• Maintain daily and weekly site visit logs detailing locations covered, key contacts met, project progress, and identified opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence updates on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging contractor needs across different project sites.
• Submit concise weekly field summary reports to company management.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Aramco-related projects/contractors, EPCs, oil & gas, or construction projects is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel to active project sites. It is not an office-based role.
