About the Role

Al-Rashed Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position requires a professional who can combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to lead business development. The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical liaison between the company's offerings and client project requirements, focusing on driving revenue and ensuring the delivery of appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on construction projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, performing on-site assessments to align solutions with client needs.
  • Review project drawings and specifications to accurately identify requirements and applicable solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and submittals in collaboration with estimation and technical departments.
  • Work closely with consultants and engineers during early project stages to ensure products are specified into project designs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within approved guidelines to meet sales targets.
  • Track project pipelines, monitor market activity, and analyze competitor offerings, reporting on forecasts and progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including technical, logistics, and operations, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and resolve client issues to foster long-term partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field.
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably as a Sales Engineer.
