About the Sales Engineer Role

This full-time position is part of the ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Graduate Development Program, designed for individuals with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers a comprehensive development path including job rotations, mentorship, coaching, and training.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements and present Elsewedy Electric's product portfolio. This role involves preparing and delivering presentations, assisting with technical aspects of proposals and bids, and identifying new business opportunities. The objective is to meet or exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Assist in presenting technical aspects of proposals and bids to address customer needs.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Engage with customers to identify technical requirements and provide product information.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand customer environments.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Address and resolve technical issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is specifically designed for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience. The program aims to develop talent within the sales and engineering functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• English Proficiency.
