Security Control Room Operator

About the Role

H&P is seeking a Security Control Room Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves monitoring security systems, coordinating communications, and supporting security operations across Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a security control room environment.

Role Purpose

The Security Control Room Operator is responsible for maintaining situational awareness and ensuring effective response to security incidents. This includes operating various security monitoring systems and acting as a central point of contact for security-related communications and emergency coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and vehicle tracking systems.
• Operate communication systems to relay critical information.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate appropriate actions.
• Coordinate emergency responses with relevant teams and authorities.
• Maintain accurate incident and activity reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security control room environment.
• Experience with security monitoring systems, incident reporting, physical security, and emergency communications.
• Secondary School Certificate (12 years of education).
• Control Room Operator certification or formal training is preferred.
