About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam. This full-time role is central to ensuring an exceptional customer experience within our showrooms, from initial greeting to post-sales support. The representative will be responsible for meeting customer needs, facilitating sales, and maintaining high service standards.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Provide a welcoming reception to customers and maintain a high level of service within the showrooms.
• Address customer needs, facilitate product delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers through the showroom, introduce company products, and secure orders effectively.
• Calculate required product quantities and assist customers in coordinating colors and products based on their specific requirements.
• Streamline the invoicing process and ensure the proper delivery of goods to customers.
• Achieve established sales targets in alignment with the sales plan.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Contribute helpful ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and overall value.

Showroom and Inventory Operations

• Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean state at all times.
• Ensure that all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available for customer use.
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and current stock levels.
• Ensure a sufficient stock of all items, particularly fast-moving products, to serve customers efficiently.
• Implement the policy for ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels for each item, adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Oversee the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to established warehouse policies and procedures to ensure accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Commit to achieving management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required.
• Ensure the daily deposit of all sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports concerning competitors' activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, identified problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Policy Adherence and Operational Support

• Implement all company policies and instructions diligently.
• Execute all job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring a proactive approach to sales and customer service within a dynamic showroom setting.
