About the Role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves coordinating warehouse and ground operations to ensure smooth processes for material movement, storage, and inventory control. The supervisor will ensure operations meet cost, quality, customer, and market-specific requirements, aligning with business strategy and corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate warehouse and manual handling plans and processes to ensure safe and efficient operations at company-owned or leased warehouses.
Coach and guide the team in executing day-to-day tasks and activities to meet work schedules and targets.
Monitor operations to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are processed within service performance timings.
Participate in planning and scheduling inventory, and oversee product ordering to meet organizational needs.
Resolve conflicts and support coordination of delivery schedules with shippers and customers.
Maintain up-to-date stock information, review daily material movement, and compare actual production schedules against inventory levels.
Ensure inventory accuracy through daily/weekly inventory cycle counts.
Perform inventory control, conduct stock turnover analyses, and manage material scheduling.
Review inspections of incoming material for conformity with order specifications and defect identification.
Execute safety/security and inventory control programs to ensure goods and equipment are safely operated, properly maintained, and stored.
Review optimum utilization of warehouse facilities for storing and distributing materials, including raw materials, finished products, tools, and packaging.
Highlight issues and opportunities, and implement practices for warehouse and manual handling to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar supervisory role within a supply chain environment.
