SKILLED HELPER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals, requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role involves supporting machine operations and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing raw materials (RM) and other raw materials (ORM) on the machine.
• Ensure raw materials are properly fed into barrels.
• Verify that all ORM (*, cores, air bubbles) are readily available near the machine.
• Support machine setup according to the Production Control Card (PCC) and Job Factory Ticket.

Production Support

• Load and check various RM/ORM continuously throughout shifts.
• Prepare pallets and packing materials as needed.
• Handle the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls.
• Obtain all necessary paperwork and materials (documents, parts, tools) from relevant sections.
• Dispose of generated waste according to procedures.

Team Collaboration and Quality Assurance

• Assist the Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator as requested.
• Report any quality defects to Quality Control (QC), Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator.
• Support the operator in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This position is open for Saudi Nationals Only.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region, contributing to the operational efficiency of Napco National.
