Role Overview

Perfect Vision is seeking a Solutions Sales Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on driving the growth of the company's fleet management platform and enterprise offerings. The specialist will be responsible for selling enterprise platform solutions that provide clients with real-time visibility and analytics for their fleets through a unified platform.

About the Position

The Solutions Sales Specialist will focus on selling enterprise solutions, including software and recurring subscriptions, to customers within the targeted market. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling enterprise solutions on a subscription or platform basis, such as enterprise SaaS software, ERP, telematics, or other recurring-revenue solutions. This position requires an understanding of how to manage longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative, solution-based sales cycles to discover client operational pain points, map them to platform capabilities, and quantify business value and ROI.
• Position and sell recurring/subscription-based offerings, including SaaS-style platform licensing and data services, rather than solely one-time hardware.
• Build a pipeline of platform and recurring-revenue opportunities, and forecast accurately within the CRM system.
• Sell Perfect Vision's fleet management platform and connected solutions, such as GPS tracking, telematics, and integrated devices, to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Engage multiple stakeholders, including fleet and operations managers, IT, HSE, and procurement, while navigating enterprise decision cycles.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and commercial models, including subscription and per-vehicle pricing.
• Support account expansion by growing subscriptions, adding modules, and increasing connected devices per account over time.
• Work closely with technical and product teams to scope platform integrations.
• Stay current on fleet technology, telematics, and enterprise software trends within the Saudi market.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Sales experience in solutions, SaaS, ERP, fleet/telematics platforms, or subscription-based products.
• Experience selling software, platforms, or recurring-revenue solutions, as opposed to only physical products.
• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Essential Skills

• Ability to conduct consultative sales cycles and articulate value and ROI to both business and technical buyers.
• Comfortable engaging enterprise stakeholders across operations, IT, and procurement departments.
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and proposal skills, with the confidence to lead discussions.
