The Role of Sr. Maintenance Storeman

PepsiCo is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Storeman for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is central to managing all internal warehouse activities, ensuring accurate stock control, and coordinating with the Store Supervisor to meet production requirements. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily and month-end inventory reconciliation.
• Oversee stock issuance and receiving accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Store Supervisor for stock allocation and production needs.
• Allocate tasks to laborers, dispatchers, and Forklift Operators to optimize productivity.
• Ensure all warehouses adhere to AIB standards and maintain hygiene processes.
• Conduct daily physical counts for inventory reconciliation and report to the Store Supervisor.
• Follow up on AGRO and MRP offloading plans and daily task checklists.
• Report near misses and ensure proper documentation flow.
• Coordinate with Quality for shipment document flow and with fleet for PIT inspection and pre-maintenance.
• Oversee the proper maintenance and usage of all warehouse equipment, ensuring periodic maintenance records are kept.
• Implement and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System in the area of responsibility.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar maintenance storeman or warehouse role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and coordinate warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with AIB standards and EHS Management Systems is preferred.
