About the Opportunity

Highest Talent Ltd is seeking a Technical Trainer Pipefitting (Oil & Gas) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for experienced professionals who can deliver comprehensive training programs in pipefitting within the oil and gas sector. The position offers a salary range of SAR 10,000 to SAR 13,000, which includes accommodation.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively deliver course content, encompassing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in pipefitting, with a strong student-centered approach. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for managing the learning environment, ensuring that all training areas and resources are suitable and adequate to meet specified training and assessment requirements. A key aspect of the role involves continuously assessing student performance to evaluate learning outcomes and ensure competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed lesson plans and pacing schedules for all training modules.
• Plan and deliver both classroom-based theoretical instruction and hands-on workshop training.
• Employ appropriate teaching strategies that effectively engage students and achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse student learning preferences and needs.
• Ensure all training and assessment activities meet the standards of the organization and relevant awarding bodies.
• Verify the availability and suitability of all necessary training resources, including equipment, tools, consumables, and training aids.
• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Maintain accurate training records in a timely manner, adhering to required standards.
• Regularly assess trainees' performance and utilize assessment results to improve teaching effectiveness.
• Ensure the consistent quality and content of the course throughout the entire program.
• Stay current with technical knowledge and industry advancements in pipefitting and the oil & gas sector.
• Review and improve existing course contents to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Adhere to organizational standards and legal regulations to maintain a safe and healthy training environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in pipefitting, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training, including both theoretical and practical components.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare lesson plans, manage training resources, and assess trainee performance effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a training environment.

Compensation and Work Location

This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The salary offered for this role ranges from SAR 10,000 to SAR 13,000 per month, which includes accommodation.
