About the Role: Telephone Operator

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Telephone Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This role is central to delivering a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, serving as a primary point of contact throughout their stay. The Telephone Operator is expected to contribute to an environment where guest satisfaction is prioritized.

Contributing to Guest Experience

This position goes beyond routine check-in and check-out procedures. As a Telephone Operator, you will be part of a team of Guest Experience Experts empowered to take initiative in delivering a wide range of services. The goal is to guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring every interaction contributes to a unique and memorable experience.

Core Responsibilities

Process operational needs and inquiries efficiently.
Address and resolve guest requests promptly and courteously.
Complete required reports accurately and on time.
Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Ensure all guest transactions are handled professionally and contribute positively to their experience.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience is required (0-1 years of experience).
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is necessary.
