About the Role

Sheraton in Dammam is seeking a Telephone Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to delivering a memorable and unique guest experience, extending beyond routine operational tasks. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take initiative to guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring all interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guests, guiding them through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Complete necessary reports as required.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Ensure all transactions and interactions feel like a seamless part of the guest experience.
