About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Telephone Operator to join its Hotels team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to guest communication, providing prompt, professional, and personalized assistance. The Telephone Operator ensures every conversation contributes positively to the guest experience by connecting them with hotel services and information.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
Handle guest requests efficiently and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up.
Process wake-up calls and ensure their accurate and timely delivery.
Respond to emergency calls and adhere to hotel emergency procedures when required.
Maintain clear and accurate records of guest requests, messages, and call activities.
Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Ensure all interactions align with Hilton's commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as appropriate.
Comply with Hilton brand standards, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
Support the Front Office team with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative approach with guests and team members at all times.

Required Experience and Attributes

This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. Successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
