Role Overview: Training Applications & End User Support Specialist

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Training Applications & End User Support Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role contributes to the Country Business Process, System & Training process. The specialist will be responsible for delivering and continuously improving business process requirements, the business process framework, business solution design, business process and system change management, and system training design and support. The position requires providing system expertise and knowledge for DGF core applications.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

• Lead training and support for all core operational systems and customer-facing applications, delivered both onsite and via WebEx.
• Drive standardization and process optimization in close cooperation with IRR priorities and the Regional BPST manager.
• Review and distribute User Releases, helpful hints, and training manuals to Super / End users as necessary.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on country training needs, collaborating with HR, FiCO, and Product teams.
• Define and provide training courses to deliver targeted, process-oriented training programs.
• Develop a culture of quality, service excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure appropriate talent knowledge maintenance organization and improvement.
• Contribute to an effective team spirit.

Required Professional Experience

• 1-3 years of experience within DHL Global Forwarding.
• 1-2 years of experience as a country Business Process Owner (BPO) team member.
• 4 years of experience in training management.

Education and Essential Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Management or General Management.
• Good knowledge of local operational realities.
• Exposure to and knowledge of the Global DGF entity.
