TRS Field Operator

About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a TRS Field Operator for a contract position in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role involves multi-year hands-on experience in oil and gas wellsite or tubular running services, with a contract duration of 12+ months.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating hydraulic power tongs and CRTi tools.
• Performing rig-up and rig-down operations.
• Monitoring torque-turn data during operations.
• Executing field equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Leading operational teams on the rig floor.
• Serving as the primary interface with the client (Company Man).
• Overseeing high-risk, high-cost casing and tubing operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas wellsite or tubular running services.
• 6 to 8+ years of active field experience on onshore or offshore drilling rigs.
• Proficiency in running casing and tubing strings.
• Deep technical skills in operating hydraulic power tongs, CRTi tools, and casing drive systems.
• Experience with computerized torque-turn monitoring.
• Possession of standard industry safety and operational certifications.

• Ability to lead operational teams effectively.
• Strong communication and client interface skills.
• Problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting.
