About the Role

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a skilled and experienced Trucks Technician to join a leading company within the automotive industry. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role offers an opportunity for a professional to advance their career in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of heavy trucks and commercial vehicles, contributing to the operational efficiency of the client's fleet. This role requires a proactive approach to diagnostics, repair, and adherence to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks in accordance with established repair orders and customer-reported issues.
Accurately diagnose vehicle malfunctions and technical problems, reporting findings clearly to the Line Manager.
Ensure all repair work is completed efficiently and meets the highest quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Minimize the occurrence of repeat repairs by strictly adhering to proper repair procedures and best practices.
Maintain a safe and clean workshop environment, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

Required Qualifications

Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience within the automotive industry.
Demonstrate hands-on experience working with heavy trucks, buses, commercial vehicles, or similar truck types.
Experience working specifically with the FAW brand of vehicles is highly preferred.

Essential Skills

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify and resolve vehicle issues.
Ability to work effectively and productively within a busy workshop environment.
Proficiency in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Commitment to workshop safety and cleanliness.
