Bureau Veritas is seeking a UT Technician to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The UT Technician will operate as a Level II technician, responsible for setting up and calibrating equipment, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. This role requires a thorough understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and their limitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate NDT equipment according to established procedures.
• Interpret and evaluate inspection results in adherence to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the scope and limitations of the NDT method being utilized.
• Verify that all equipment, accessories, and consumables have valid calibration/conformity certificates and are appropriate for use as per approved procedures.
• Perform verification and calibration of instrument characteristics before executing NDT tasks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports of inspection findings, ensuring results conform to specified standards or specifications prior to client submission.

Qualifications and Experience

• Level II certification in relevant NDT methods.
• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity.

Work Location

This position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern region.
