WAREHOUSE KEEPER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Warehouse Keeper to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of materials within the warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive Raw Materials (RM/ORM) through ERP Production transfers, verifying physical availability and storage location.
• Coordinate with Fork-lift drivers to arrange requested materials in designated areas after verifying availability.
• Tally arranged materials against ERP transfers, addressing discrepancies with Fork-lift drivers and signing for approval.
• Collect packing lists from truck drivers upon RM/ORM shipment receipt, cross-checking quantities. After QC approval, sign the original packing list for the driver and relay copies to procurement and accounts.
• Conduct monthly inventory record accuracy tasks to reconcile physical and system counts.
• Implement 5S tasks within the warehouse to maintain organization and efficiency.
• Receive Finished Goods (FG) transfers from production sections, instructing Fork-lift operators to arrange materials.
• Inspect pallet appearance and hygiene upon material receipt before recording in the ERP.
• Physically count loaded FG against packing lists during truck loading to ensure accurate dispatch and invoicing.
• Receive returned FG, instruct Fork-lift drivers for unloading, inform QC, prepare packing slips, and relay to Customer Service and the chief accountant for credit note issuance.
• Weigh received and shipped waste, attaching packing slips and relaying information to procurement and accounting departments.
• Check driver invoices against the updated shipping log to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring active participation in daily warehouse activities and coordination with various departments.
