About the Role

PS Academy is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for enhancing the academy's marketing presence, managing its advertising campaigns, and effectively promoting its diverse training programs. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment with the academy's strategic objectives.
• Launch and manage advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads.
• Administer social media accounts, including content development and scheduling.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for the academy's website and content to improve visibility in search results.
• Analyze campaign performance using relevant measurement tools and optimize for improved return on advertising spend (ROAS).
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying new marketing opportunities within the training and education sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a closely related field.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in developing, implementing, and measuring the results of integrated marketing plans.
• Demonstrated experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in social media account management, content plan creation, post scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and tools for website and advertising campaign analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and performance indicators to enhance conversion rates and optimize advertising ROI.
• Previous experience in the training or education sector is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent marketing content writing and advertising message formulation skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities for market and competitor research, and identifying relevant marketing opportunities.
• High-level organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based physically at the PS Academy premises in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
