About the Role

Mastery Lawfirm is seeking a Case Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual to manage case files and prepare for client and internal meetings. The role involves providing legal guidance and ensuring client interests are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oversight of case files for the firm.
• Prepare accurate meeting minutes.
• Offer guidance and support to the case team.
• Make sound legal decisions to serve the client's best interest and enhance outcomes.
• Build strong and cooperative relationships with clients and firm members.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on case progress.
• Draft legal opinions and conduct legal research.
• Prepare legal cases and specialized briefs.
• Write legal references and handle them correctly.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent specialization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law within Saudi Arabian companies, with a proven track record.
• Full understanding of the Saudi legal system and the execution of judgments.
• Experience and proficiency in dealing with electronic platforms.

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Excellent command of both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with Saudi courts.
• Capacity to motivate a team and make appropriate decisions.

Work Environment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal firm members, emphasizing strong relationships and effective communication.
