About the Role

Almousa Holding is seeking a Telesales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on engaging with potential clients, managing inquiries, and facilitating sales processes for real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients via telephone to follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Provide clear information regarding real estate units and offers.
• Follow up with clients until the booking, sale, or lease is completed.
• Update client data and prepare follow-up and sales reports.
• Contribute to the follow-up of collections and due payments.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate sector.

Skills and Competencies

• High-level communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of collections and leasing processes, with familiarity with the Ejar platform being preferred.
