About the Role

HXC is seeking a skilled Training and Awareness Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading and designing specialized training programs and awareness campaigns focused on fostering a culture of data management and governance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training packages and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Efficiently deliver and organize workshops and training courses.
• Prepare and develop internal awareness campaign content, disseminating it through appropriate channels.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of training programs and awareness campaigns, providing periodic reports on results.
• Manage training projects and plans from the planning stage through implementation and evaluation.
• Continuously update and develop knowledge content in accordance with best practices and modern standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in training, professional development, or internal communication and awareness.
• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience using digital training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Basic understanding of data management and governance concepts (an advantage, with on-the-job development opportunities).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs concurrently.
