About the Strategic Leadership Trainer Role

Investment Academy for Training (اكاديمية الاستثمار للتدريب), located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly qualified Strategic Leadership Trainer. This is a part-time position focused on delivering specialized training programs designed to develop future leaders. The role offers competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience, with a daily rate of 1000 SAR for in-person training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic leadership training programs to diverse audiences.
• Manage and facilitate engaging workshops effectively.
• Conduct training sessions in various formats, including in-person and remote, as dictated by program requirements.
• Provide high-quality training to both government and private sector entities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold Saudi nationality.
• A Doctorate (PhD) degree is preferred; candidates with a Master's degree and exceptional experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical and training experience in the field of strategic leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs to government or private sector organizations.

Essential Skills

• High-level proficiency in presentation and training delivery.
• Strong capabilities in managing and facilitating interactive workshops.

Preferred Certifications

• Professional certifications or international accreditations in leadership or management are highly desirable.
