About The Role

The Blue Square is seeking a highly skilled medical professional to join our medical team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time role focuses on providing comprehensive psychiatric care in accordance with the highest professional and scientific standards. The primary objective is to deliver diagnostic and therapeutic psychiatric services to patients, ensuring continuity of care plans for optimal treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose psychiatric conditions of patients through clinical interviews and necessary examinations.
• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans, and regularly monitor patient progress.
• Provide essential medical consultations and psychological education to patients and their families.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the provision of comprehensive medical services.
• Accurately document medical files and patient records in compliance with applicable health regulations and policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi Board certification in Psychiatry.
• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of practical experience in the field of psychiatry.
• Valid professional classification and registration as a Senior Registrar from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Ability to manage diverse psychiatric cases and provide effective therapeutic interventions.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical analytical skills and the ability to make sound medical decisions.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Commitment to professional ethics and healthcare quality standards.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a part-time basis. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
