About the Role

Al Manayer Construction company is seeking a Customer and Collections Accountant to manage customer accounts, invoices, financial receivables, and collection activities. This contract position is based in Riyadh and offers a salary range of SAR 4,500–6,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and follow up on customer invoices, payments, and collections; monitor balances and prepare periodic statements.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding and overdue amounts, and schedule collections according to due dates.
• Issue and track debit and credit notes and account adjustments.
• Reconcile customer accounts, verify balances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic debt-aging and receivables reports.
• Coordinate with sales and related departments to resolve invoicing and collection issues.
• Contribute to monthly account closing and related financial reports.
• Organize customer documents, invoices, and collection records.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in customer accounting and collections, preferably within a construction company or a related industry. A strong understanding of financial receivables management and accounting principles is required.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Proficiency in accounting software and strong communication skills for customer interaction are essential.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the accounting department of Al Manayer Construction company. The role requires collaboration with various internal departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
