The Accountant Role

The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the daily financial operations of Hjeen. This involves a range of accounting tasks from recording expenses to preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Recording petty cash expenses accurately.
• Preparing company bank transfers.
• Reconciling cash and delivery application issues.
• Creating and issuing sales invoices.
• Managing fixed monthly commitments.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and inventory-related information.
• Assisting the accounting department with daily, monthly, and annual activities, such as generating financial reports, preparing taxes, supporting audits, and resolving discrepancies.
• Communicating with vendors and suppliers to verify charge accuracy and ensure timely payments.
• Engaging with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
• Analyzing all accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.
