About the Role

AlSayed Sons is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 0-1 years of experience in accounting, offering an opportunity to contribute to financial operations and reporting within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and prepare accounting entries in accordance with approved standards.
Review invoices and financial documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
Prepare bank reconciliations and match accounts and balances.
Generate periodic financial reports and submit them to the relevant management.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reviewing closing accounts.
Monitor customer and supplier accounts, verifying the accuracy of outstanding balances.
Track expenses and revenues, ensuring they are recorded in the correct accounts.
Prepare and review financial claims, receipts, and disbursement vouchers.
Contribute to the preparation of Zakat and tax declarations in accordance with applicable regulations.
Monitor financial obligations and due dates, preparing necessary reports.
Maintain and organize accounting documents and records according to approved procedures.
Collaborate with relevant departments and provide necessary financial data to support administrative decisions.
Adhere to the company's approved financial and accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
A minimum of one year of practical experience in the accounting field.
Proficiency in accepted accounting principles.
Competence in preparing and analyzing financial data and reports.
Ability to record financial transactions and review accounting entries.
Knowledge of preparing bank reconciliations and account matching.
Familiarity with relevant Zakat and tax systems and regulations.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
High skills in accuracy, organization, and time management.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency.
