Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead operation and maintenance projects at petroleum stations. The role involves managing teams across multiple sites, planning resources, controlling costs, and ensuring work meets client requirements, schedules, and quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.

* Identify and arrange the manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors needed for project delivery.

* Lead teams across multiple sites and monitor work progress.

* Manage project costs within the approved budget.

* Monitor schedules and implement corrective actions to address delays.

* Communicate with the client, assess requests, and agree on priorities and feasibility.

* Coordinate with management, stakeholders, suppliers, and execution teams.

* Prepare progress reports and evaluate project and team performance.

* Resolve operational issues and conflicts.

* Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

* At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

* Valid PMP certification is required.

* Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.

* Proven ability to manage teams across multiple sites.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Arabic and English.

* Available to join immediately and work in Riyadh.
