Circle Marketing is seeking a dedicated Full-time Sales Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and fostering strong, lasting business relationships within the marketing services sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, effectively marketing the company's services, and building sustainable commercial partnerships. This involves a complete sales cycle, from initial client communication and understanding their needs to presenting tailored proposals and finalizing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Communicate with prospective companies to introduce Circle Marketing's services.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate marketing solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and financial proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements and contracts.
• Follow up with clients and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Continuously update client data and sales opportunity records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project implementation aligns with agreements.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, opportunities, and potential clients.
• Monitor client receivables in coordination with the financial administration.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably within marketing agencies or the services sector.
• Good understanding of marketing services and advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships effectively.
• Capability to prepare and deliver professional commercial proposals.
• Commitment to achieving targets and demonstrating initiative.
